The team: Maintenance & Engineering

Our Maintenance & Engineering department has a team of over 20 colleagues. This team is a mix of highly experienced technicians and specialists, as well as the new generation of apprentices (trained technicians at the start of their careers). We invest a lot of time and resources in optimizing our machinery and training our technicians.

What are you going to do?

As the Manager of Maintenance & Engineering, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities within the factory. You will develop and monitor project plans and budgets. Additionally, you will ensure that customer requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions. You will work closely with production departments to ensure that maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and that production continuity is maintained.

What is your profile?

A completed technical education at the bachelor's level
Extensive experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
Experience in (aluminum) extrusion
Strong leadership qualities and a solution-oriented attitude
You feel at home in an environment where history and new developments go hand in hand
Proficiency in Dutch and English

Tasks and responsibilities:

You schedule maintenance activities in coordination with the production departments to ensure optimal production continuity
You monitor the progress of repair and maintenance work as recorded in the maintenance management system
You establish departmental KPIs and budgets and ensure they are achieved
You consult and make decisions on potential problem-solving in collaboration with the production departments

As Manager Maintenance & Engineering, you lead a team of approximately 20 specialists and are responsible for their well-being, development, and performance.
