Your new team

You will join a compact, skilled and driven IT team of four colleagues. A team that is evolving rapidly, where digitalisation, data and AI play an increasingly important role. We work closely together, move quickly and give each other the space to experiment, learn and grow. If you enjoy building AI Agents, automating processes or making dashboards smarter, this is the place for you. You’ll have the freedom to apply and further develop your expertise.

 

What will you do?

You ensure clear data definitions, strong governance and reliable information flows across departments. By building a solid foundation for data and automation, you prevent isolated local solutions, improve data quality and reduce manual work. You play a key role in Nedal’s transition towards data‑driven and AI‑enabled processes.

  •  Designing and managing the data architecture in Microsoft Fabric (pipelines, Lakehouse, standardised datasets)
  • Building Power Apps and Power Automate workflows that digitalise and streamline business processes
  • Developing agentic AI solutions, such as AI Agents that automate knowledge work and proactively trigger intelligent actions
  • Ensuring governance, security and integration across Power Platform, Power BI and Fabric
  • Improving data quality and supporting self‑service analytics
  • Identifying and realising automation and AI opportunities together with the business
  • Delivering reliable, consistent and scalable data, automation and AI solutions
  • Maintaining platform standards, governance and secure usage
  • Standardising data definitions, dashboards and governance rules
  • Representing Nedal in group‑wide data and AI initiatives

As a Data & AI Specialist, you translate business needs into smart, scalable solutions. You build Power Apps, workflows, data models and dashboards. You also develop AI solutions, including AI Agents that perform autonomous tasks, support employees and monitor processes. Your work delivers actionable insights and lays a strong foundation for our future ERP migration.

 Your profile

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical or analytical field
  • Preferably 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams and Copilot
  • Power Platform expertise (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Data Pipelines, Lakehouse, Dataflows, Warehouse, governance)
  • Experience with Agentic AI / Copilot Studio
  • Knowledge of Dataverse, SQL, APIs and connectors
  • Strong command of English; Dutch is an advantage
